    • The rate will be charged basis the weight calculated as per Delhivery Automated Machines and the higher of Real Volumetric / Machine Weight / Volumetric / Dead weight will be taken.
    • RTO (return to origin) shipment will be charged differently from the forward delivery rate.
    • For any queries please raise an email to your account manager.
    • The maximum liability if any is limited to the terms & conditions agreed as per contract.
    • Delhivery shall not assist in shipping goods that come under the category of prohibited, dangerous goods or restricted good.

    • Default dimensions for volumetric weight are 1cm X 1cm X 1cm
