FAQ’s

Yes, 10% Niacinamide Serum is highly effective against active acne.
If topical Vitamin C is used as part of skincare, it should be applied at alternate times with this formula (ideally Vitamin C in the PM and this formula in the AM).
People with hypersensitive skin first should do a patch test on other body parts (behind the ear) & if tolerable then use on the face. If not tolerable, discontinue usage.
No recorded side effect - mild burning after the application is usually experienced. It lasts for 10-12 seconds and happens due to active ingredients within the serum.
Use the 10% Niacinamide Serum on clean and dry skin. Before applying the serum, take a break of 10 minutes post-cleansing, for maximum results.
We recommend going for a clean up once a month during the course of treatment. Avoid exfoliation and go for gel-based cleanup.
